A series of lectures and activities about revitalizing our community. Richard Bernhardt: Executive Director, Nashville-Davidson County Planning. A town planner for over 30 years, Rick Bernhardt’s practice focuses on creating sustainable communities, neighborhoods and places through traditional design principles.
